Usually quiet neighborhood. Has been a safe place to live so far. Price comparison is average to other places that are similar. .

Nice quiet place to live
Lived here for awhile. Only complaints are lack of garbage disposals (for a “luxury” complex) and insistence over forcing blind replacement when kitties have just damaged the end of one individual blind. Otherwise the place is charming.

Amazing
As a travel nurse i always hope that i can find an apartment that is at least 15 minutes from the facility I’m working for that has a clean, quiet, family atmosphere. Preston Lake completely over delivered and has not disappointed at all! I’m less than 5 minutes from work in a lovely apartment surrounded by quiet and a lovely family friendly atmosphere.
